RMA PROCEDURE FOR POWER SUPPLY:

1.
Keep us informed when you've any defective quantity of power supply occurred and check-up our RMA tracking number from every defected power supply. You can find our RMA tracking number below the power sticker
2.
Please let us know the RMA tracking number from each power sticker for pre-registration if quantity is less than 200 PCs.
3.
We'll send you an official RMA number sheet in order to replace the new one from your next purchase.
4.
Please collect the defective power supply and stored it at your warehouse until total quantity is up to 200 PCs.
5.
Please return the defective P/S by sea when the defective quantity is over 200 PCs.
6.
We will pay the ocean freight from your destination to our China factory.
7.
All defective P/S must be packed in good condition and return back to us by sea.
8.
Please double test the defective power supply before you return, thank you.
9.
In case your defective quantity return is shortage per our RMA quantity, then we will charge you the unit cost per the value of RMA.

REPAIRING COST:

If the guarantee period of your P/S is overdue, we will not replace them but we can repair them at your cost which will be our cost price for the parts only.
